His willingness to take intelligent risks is a carryover from his love of competition, and it’s given him the opportunity to work with several legendary designers. Andrew thrives on the push and pull of spirited collaboration. That’s why his vision for Concept A is a vibrant studio where designers and clients inspire one another, and, together, create great things.

Design is in Katrina’s DNA. With a graphic designer mom and print shop owner dad, it’s no surprise that she knows a thing or two about the creative process. Katrina has found that inspiration can strike during the most random moments and that sometimes you need to step away from the design problem in order to see things more clearly. That’s why she allows time during the creative process to go for walks and get out in nature—because you never know when a good idea will pop into your mind. And with Katrina’s eye for unexpected details, good ideas often become bold, influential designs.

After 25 years of teaching high school economics and coaching basketball, it’s no wonder that Jeremy believes in game plans, halftime adjustments, and outworking the competition. Off the clock, you’ll find him golfing, hiking, cheering on Notre Dame football with his family, or enthusiastically defending his love of musical theater. Married to Kelli and proud dad to Adelle and Davis (plus Phoebe, their Boston Terrier), Jeremy brings the heart of a teacher, the mindset of a coach, and the steady leadership of someone who knows that great results rarely happen by accident.

McKenna is a designer who truly appreciates experiences—whether it’s the adventure of traveling to far-off places, the opportunity to commune with nature at one of our National Parks, or the act of creating something in a hands-on and tactile way. It’s no wonder that she’s so drawn to UI/UX design which is all about making someone’s interactions with a digital brand the best experience it can be. Drawing further inspiration from art, lettering, and typography, McKenna enjoys integrating her study of these forms and composition in unexpected ways within her design work.

When he’s not crafting data-driven digital marketing strategies for clients, Jeff Woelker is busy living his best life—one donut and analog adventure at a time. After spending all day on a computer, it’s no wonder that at home, Jeff enjoys unwinding with a good book, listening to yacht rock on vinyl, and spending quality time with his wife and two adorable corgi puppies, Rusty and Rufus. These simple joys have inspired Jeff’s professional journey, leading him to create a successful multinational tourism company that blends his love for eating donuts and exploring new places. It’s exactly that sweet combination of innovative thinking and genuine passion that enables Jeff to help our clients stand out in the digital landscape.

As a self-proclaimed “copyhelper,” Mindy enjoys using her writing skills to serve others. Throughout her career, she’s learned that people often have important ideas to share but lack the time or desire to express them in writing. That’s when the role of a “copyhelper” becomes invaluable. During the creative process, Mindy spends most of her time listening to clients’ insights and aspirations. Then, she extracts the important threads, weaves them into stories, and works with creative and strategy to create content that motivates, guides, and inspires.
